Detection of desing intent in engineering sketches, and application at the sketch-based modelling

ABSTRACT: This project is aimed at: a) catalog the cues currently used in the ambit of sketch-based modelling of industrial products, b) find those intentions of the design intent that can be perceived by way of cues contained in sketches, and c) design and implement a computer code able to perceive cues linked to thedesign intent and produce models from sketches, maintaining this design intent.
